Hello! I'm Sophie, an illustrator, printmaker and designer passionate about visual storytelling, and bringing the tales of this planet to life, one story at a time.

In 2023, I graduated with a first class degree in Visual communication and illustration, also being awarded the Brighton Illustrator's group Legacy award. During my university studies, I discovered my passion for printmaking, specifically lino print, and specialised in using these techniques for professional practice, and commercial briefs.

I am always experimenting with new mediums and techniques, never wanting to restrict myself to one thing when there is a whole creative world to explore.

I grew up in West Sussex, surrounded by the south downs, and many of my inspirations come from there. I loved observing the natural world around me, drawing not only what I saw, but also letting my imagination run wild and creating the mythical creatures I had been told had once lived there.
My passion for storytelling and folktales has followed me, and is still something that much of my work is inspired by to this day.
